Gates are constructed with Philippine Mahogany unless
ordered differently (paint grade gates will have an
MDO Ply-core center panel) and built to 1-3/4"
thick X 40" wide X 72" high (or smaller).
Gates larger than these dimensions will be calculated
with a $10.00 per inch oversize charge.
$100.00 charge for measuring/consultation.
This fee will be credited toward the final gate purchase
billing, or you can send us your approximate measurements
( X, Y, and Z on gate templates above) by phone, e-mail,
or fax, and we will be happy to get back to you with
an estimate.
50% deposit required to start, the remaining 50%
is due upon product pick-up.
$50.00 delivery charge within a 10 mile radius of
the Newport Beach area.
Installation, Hardware, Painting/Finishing are not
included in the above prices.
V-Groove charge is $75.00 for one side of gate and
$25.00 for the second side. (see gate details page)
$75.00 per lock-rail. (see gate details page)
$100.00 minimum charge per gate for raised panels
